FINE FINISH
CARPENTRY

The craft behind the details

Great finish carpentry isn't about filling a space. It's about creating something that feels like it has always belonged there. Every piece is thoughtfully designed to complement the architecture, the materials, and the people who use it every day. Every project is designed specifically for the space it belongs in. From custom built-ins and millwork to stair systems, furniture, and architectural features, KJS Construction creates pieces that bring warmth, function, and personality to a space.

Our approach

Much of our finish work is built in our own wood shop, giving us the flexibility to create truly custom pieces. Every detail is perfected with attention.

We work closely with homeowners, designers, and architects to find solutions and create designs that are both beautiful and functional.

The smallest details often make the biggest difference. Before a project is complete, we review every element to ensure it meets our standards.

Well-crafted pieces deserve a careful installation. Everything is measured, fitted, and finished to create a seamless, integrated feel to the home.

The woodshop

Behind many KJS projects is a fully equipped woodshop where ideas become finished pieces. Building in-house gives us greater control over quality, materials, and the finer details that are difficult to achieve with mass-produced products. It's one more way we ensure every project is personal and truly custom.
